The cozy and intimate setting of the pub was great. Food was amazing and probably the best pub fare I have ever had. The room was generously large and was prepped ahead of time and already warm by the time we arrived.

I really enjoyed my stay but sadly my heating system in the room stopped working so half of the night we were cold. They did provide with heater separate but still long time to get the room warm. Other than that we both enjoyed our stay…

Nice place to stay in Dover, with decent rooms. Host was very welcoming and rooms are large enough. Well equipped kitchen facilities and overall a good experience.

Beautiful little annexe with amazing views from garden room and decked area. Fabulous attention to detail with facilities and items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, snacks etc.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Extremely generous sized room for 2 adults and 3 small children. Location was ideal as we needed to catch an early ferry the following morning. Breakfast was brilliant, they had a large selection of full English/continental items and both adults and children loved it - there was something for everyone. The staff member who checked us in was amazing and very freindly.
Such a fun, funky place to be!
It felt safe and easy for us as a family in a room. Kids went nuts over the bunkbeds and I think my husband was the happiest.
Everything was clean and in order.
Location was very convenient to Dover docks.
10/10 would go there again and recommend it to those that enjoy this type of thing.
Perfect location on the beach. Delicious food in restaurant. AMAZING breakfast, kids were in their element. Comfortable beds and spacious family room (there are 5 of us).
The staff are very helpful and outstanding. Their professionalism is amazing. The environment is very welcoming, and the restaurant and the food it fantastic and affordable. I have recommended the hotel to family and friends who want to experience an amazing short holiday.
I am planning to revisit soon.
The room was a good size for a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 infants, 1 toddler).
It was clean and had a bath.
There was a cafe/restaurant providing breakfast. The main restaurant (MPW' Chophouse) not ideal for meals traveling with small kids.
Everything was as expected and described. Quick and easy check in. The family room was a very generous size and comfortable. The secure car park in the back was perfect. We only stayed for one night after a long drive and will definitely return next time we have to catch an early ferry. Would definitely recommend.
