Laurent (the manager) went above & beyond in helping us locate our surfboard bag left by baggage handlers in Bali!!! Our stay at Somewhere was wonderful! The hotel is very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings and views. We were given the best villa because we had a baby which was highly appreciated. The staff were all so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing!!! the happy hour cocktails, delicious. We ended up extending our stay even before getting there because of the lovely communication with Zaen! We were picked up at the port by lovely Ibrahim in time and used the shuttle bus every day into the city and back! I would definitely choose Somewhere again if we ever return to Lombok. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness.
