They were so good to my toddler as well, and it’s very family friendly. The rooms were very clean and tidy, the housekeeping came twice a day and if you needed anything it was not any issue. The staff were amazing, so kind to our little toddler who ran feral around the restaurant. Bed was incredibly comfy, house keeping was great, three pool areas (restaurant, family and quiet). Roos checked us in and out and was so friendly. The kids club is one of the biggest i'd seen in Bali too! We stayed 6 nights and had such a great time.
