Fabulous hotel!! We stayed in the Prestige King Room and the views were just phenomenal!!! We loved the bath and shower and the staff were just so nice, they couldn't do enough for us. A great first stay for our honeymoon in Japan!

Location is great for a Shinjuku explore, plus was easy jumping on the Metro to anywhere.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The neighbourhood is a bit confronting for families with small children even though it is pretty safe. I would still recommend young families to go elsewhere. Everyone else should know this hotel offers great comfort, value, convenient location and really helpful and friendly staff at an affordable price. Really loved it.
The location was very good. Traveling mom with two kids, and having luggage to carry. Living so close by to JR Tokyo station really was a relief.
They provide an extra bed, so a total of three beds in one room. so two of my children, and I did not had to share bed that was also great for traveling families.
There are coin laundries which do have dual functions wash and dry so it was super helpful as well.
Though small this cosy little apartment was perfect for our crazy family (2 adults, one teen, one tween, toddler and a baby).
It was super convenient to both the train station (about a 10 - 15min walk) and local stores.
The area felt super safe, super family friendly and just met all our needs perfectly.
Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your property!
Everything is perfect! The place is super clean, the bed is comfortable, and all the appliances are clean and new! It's suitable for families. The washing machine with a dry function is pretty good! There's a 7-11 convenience shop and a train station just 20 steps downstairs.
It's within walking distance of the landmark Sensō-ji, and there's also an Asakusa Hanayashiki children's amusement park where there's no need to wait in line. It's great for kids aged 3-10.
Very convenient as we had an early flight out. The hotel looks very new. I would definitely stay here again if it's necessary. We had a family room which is 2 single beds and a tatami area for 2 pax but we have kids so I think 3 kids can easily sleep there. The room is a bit small but it's functional and normal size for airport hotels. Would be great if they had connecting rooms for larger families.
Convenient and comfortable hotel, friendly staff and was able to accomodate secure luggage storage - the family room was a bit smaller than we expected, suitable for small children but with teenagers/older children recommend booking two regular rooms instead.
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 very small children), staying in a double room (two double beds). Small kitchen is great for doing up something quick for the kids and definately quite spacious compared to some of the other places we have stayed before in Japan. Location was close to the subways so very convenient and lots of convenient stores near by yo grab essentials. Supermarket was also 5 mins walk and very easy to get to. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and patient with us and our kids.
excellent location with ginza & asakusa line within walking distance so going to the airport and other places like ginza, and shibuya is very convenient esp with small children. quiet yet very convenient as the family mart is just next door. Towels are replaced with new ones everyday and the room space is perfect for families.
Comfortable stay. Great location with amenities nearby. Good value. Baby friendly too..was a family of 5, 4 adults and 1 toddler. Good communication with the host and easy self check-in process. Felt homely, with decent kitchen facilities, smart TV in lounge.
View of sky tower from window too.
The room type is very suitable for families with children. The location is okay. There are several delicious restaurants nearby for takeout. There are also many convenience stores. The hotel staff are friendly and provide a lot of assistance. Be aware that the table in the room is dangerous for small children. My toddler hurt his forehead after he fell and hit the corner of the table! But if you ask the restaurant to remove the table, there will be no problem.
