Many little gifts on the way, kindness of the personal. We didn't make it to the last ferry, and this problem was solved via phone in 1 minute. Really appreciate!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Parking at the hotel was well organised with an allocated parking space so you always knew you would find a space. The gentleman who worked reception and the bar made outstanding cocktails which were very reasonably priced.
