Most professional front desk staff I’ve ever met! I’ve travelled more than 40 countries, hundreds of cities and I’ve visited several hundreds of hotels worldwide. And I can say that front desk staff in this hotel is the best. Thank you for our pleasant stay. Hotel premises are nice and new Wide range of dishes in the hotel restaurants. Food is quite expensive but of high quality Location is very good for transit travelers because the hotel is not far from the airport. And you avoid regular Delhi smog. Comfortable rooms and beds

Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard. The rooms were very clean and spacious, staff was super nice and welcoming. The Pool was also very nice!

First of all I appreciate the very good communication with the hotel (especially before arriving). They contacted me via WhatsApp providing all the necessary details regarding check-in, including the offer for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Everything was very well coordinated. The room itself was fantastic - exactly like in pictures, all extremely clean and all the facilities included. The hotel restaurant provides also very good and tasty meals. Staff very nice - they have even a tour consultant that could help and guide you for various trips. Also, good internet streaming (ideal for video-conferencing).
