The breakfast was amazing with both healthy and...naughty options to make everyone happy. The staff (reception, waiting staff, cleaner) provided top notch service, always with a smile and our comfort in mind. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, smarty designed, bright, clean, and very elegantly decorated. Two minutes walk from the Duomo, i.e. the heart of the city and the museums and the shops! Amazing choice!

Was my first time in Firenze, at first I thought the hotel was quite far from the train station but it's pretty walkable. The place is absolutely quiet and clean, good quality bed and room size in general, the bathroom is quite small but not a problem. you can have breakfast upon request and I highly recommend due the quality and value (10 euro) big screen if you want relax and complementary water.
