Boasting natural hot spring baths, Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya is located a 15-minute walk from JR Tendo Station, 50 km from Sendai. Beautiful property. The room was spacious! Even for Western standards. The private onsen was very nice. We did not try the public onsen. The staff were courteous and helpful. Although the staff had limited English proficiency, they all used a translation app to help with communication which was incredibly helpful.

Polar Bear 藏王白熊民宿 ligger i Kaminoyama, 2,2 km från Zao Hotsprings skidort, och har gratis WiFi och bergsutsikt. Very cosy and nicely decorated hotel with friendly hosts. The environment was very nice with lots of snow during our stay. We also liked the breakfast that was very varied.

Ikkyu -Seaside Hotel- ligger i området Yunohama Onsen i Tsuruoka, 4 km från Plaza de Armas Arequipa. Tsukasaya Ryokan ligger i området Yutagawa Onsen i Tsuruoka, 12 km från Plaza de Armas Arequipa denna ryokan med 4 stjärnor har luftkonditionerade rum med gratis WiFi och eget badrum. Of all the hotels and ryokans I stayed at during my two weeks traveling Japan, the night at Tsukasaya Ryokan was by far my favorite. Mrs. Shoji personally came out and greeted me at my taxi. From that moment onward, I felt as if I was receiving an experience personalized just for me. After showing me to my room, Mrs. Shoji informed me of several local attractions (parks, shrines, temples, etc.) that were lovely to visit prior to returning for dinner. Every moment of the stay felt thoughtfully crafted and authentic. The food was delicious, containing many dishes that I had never before experienced. The onsen, while small and enclosed, was at just the right temperature and left my skin feeling the best it has in years. The design of the structure was charming and authentic (as best that a foreigner like myself can judge). The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Dinner was a truly cool experience, featuring exquisite Japanese cuisine that was both authentic and delicious. The onsen was also exceptional, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel was inviting and warm, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended!

Very cozy and the location is perfect just next to the godola ! Friendly staff as well. Love the kitchen which you can make your own food when lazy going out to the restaurant. Also love their public snow boots at reception, even have 3 size options, that's really thoughtful!

Meitoya Sou renoverades 2017 och erbjuder en modern ryokan med naturliga varma källor. Både WiFi och gästparkering ingår utan extra kostnad. Du kan åka skidor och snowboard i närheten. The service was excellent, dinner and bfast served was delicious. I just amazed with their warm hospitality especially when we encountered the problems to get to the ropeway of Zao Onsen Ropeway station, the front desk without hesitate and drove 4 of us to the bus terminal for luggage kept at the locker and then further dropped us at the zao ropeway cable car. It was really unexpected and they extend their great hospitality to fetch us around especially that day it was snow heavily. We were much appreciated and enjoyed the stay in the Ryokan. Thanks to the drivers and front desk staffs, it was so touch and definitely a memorable stay and will definitely come back again!

Ichiraku tendo spa & brewery ligger i Tendo, 30 km från Zao Hotsprings skidort, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. What a cool place! There were so many opportunities to taste the beer that was brewed locally on-site. From the drinks bar at check-in to the tasting room open all day to the all-you-can-drink plan at dinner, the hotel was really quite generous with their liquid offerings. Even non-drinkers are accommodated with plenty of alcohol-free options. We also liked that they had multiple private baths on site. The main onsen were also quite nice. The food was fantastic and the beef served at dinner was some of the best I've had.
