The breakfast is different every day and it's generally beautifully looking and tasty. People from the staff are helpful and the bar has a happy hour and they serve amazing food. There are plenty of bathrooms and they are supplied with everything you need. The beds are done daily and they are really comfortable They organize group Tours and that's a nice way to get a view of the island and meet fellow travelers. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything you expect with friendly staff, clean and ample parking; but with so many other things which put it above the rest. The botanical gardens attached are beautiful, the use of the thermal pool to cap off your evening is magical and the food from either of the two restaurants is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Brand new and modern renovation of a historic building with absolutely the most comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Incredible value for the money. This place looked like a chic Manhattan hotel and was walkable to all Ponta Delgada sights. Did I mention the food? We stayed for lunch as the breakfast was so exceptional.
