We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and we can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. Upon check-in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. What stood out most was their professionalism when we encountered an issue during our stay. They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Speaking of the rooms, they are a true testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The furniture is brand new and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant on the first floor. The menu offered a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and every meal we had was an absolute delight. The flavors were simply outstanding, and we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to each dining experience. The service at the restaurant was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made dining there a pleasure. In addition to the restaurant, the overall ambiance of the hotel was remarkable. It exuded a sense of sophistication, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The check-in process was easy and host/staff was very friendly and professional by providing me with all the details I needed during my stay and were very responsive all the time. Despite the little things I mention in the "what I disliked about it" section I liked the location (near the park) and the flat itself. It was clean. There was private parking near it where I could always find a place to leave the car. It was quiet. And there is a lot of space to store your clothes and luggage. It is a good flat for staying for a longer time for a good value. And again talking about the location - there is a nice supermarket just minutes away, a cafe with tasty coffee and a bakery. I'd definitely come back to this flat again.

The apartment is clean and has everything you need! There’s a washing machine for community use and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, modern and very comfortable. There is a restaurant which prepares good food. There is a grocery store on premises which is very well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the hotel is steps away from the bus station and train station. I would certainly stay here again.
