An outdoor swimming pool and rooms with iPod docking stations can be enjoyed just 100 metres from Colonia’s historical circuit. This little hotel is delightful, a true gem of a place in a gem of a town. Facilities were spotless, every employeed was helpful and especially personable. The price is a bargain, the breakfast was very good and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Mostly, we were charmed by the helpful people, the comfortable peaceful style of the common spaces, the comfort of the rooms and the beds. This place is fabulous.

Lovely surroundings in a vineyard with beautiful views. Very peaceful. Horseback riding was great. Lunch in the restaurant was tasty. Has the potential to be amazing, but unfortunately a few things lacking.

Located in Carmelo, 700 metres from Sere, Bemar Carmelo Hotel provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Everything was perfect. Bed unusually comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and staff very accommodating and friendly. Pool was lovely.

We didn’t have the need to go out for a fine dining experience… Las libres Hotel has everything you want and more!

This is a beautiful property just a few minutes drive away from the old town / central Colonia. We absolutely loved the beautiful grounds, the adorable suites, and the cozy atmosphere of the property. Breakfast was lovely.

Ubytovanie Chacra La Escondida sa nachádza v destinácii Colonia del Sacramento v oblasti Colonia 13 km od miesta Gateway of the Citadel Colonia. Rural accommodation that feels like a break in nature or in a farm. The compound is green and spacious with some lovely farm animals . Our kids loved it. Breakfast is very good. Cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Located along the shores of Uruguay's Rio de la Plata, Carmelo Resort & Spa features an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a gym and a restaurant in Carmelo. The hotel is more beautiful that it looks in the pictures. Things like the spa and restaurant are not represented in the online pictures of the resort - which is too bad. The pool area is also very nice.
