Really great scenery , nature , lush green olives. Owner is supportive, and comes to help as soon as possible. Balcony view is great. There is jogging tracks in olive trees. Bbq area is great, apartment is clean.
Utensils were clean, good quality and we liked it.
Follonica city and beach is 14 km away with car. I did not see public transport though.
Beware on Easter everything is closed.
Conad opens on Easter though.
There is penny store in town as well.

Nice clean private room in the countryside. You can use fridge, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. Very tasty breakfast. We had just a sleepover but I can imagine staying here for few more days and explore Tuscany :-)

The apartment is really spacious and clean with all mod cons. There is air conditioning in all the rooms which was very necessary as we were there during a serious heatwave. The pool is small, but never overcrowded.
There is a communal washing machine which we used a couple of times.
The location is great, away from the crowds, yet you can also borrow bikes to cycle to the beaches. It is also very easy to drive to the larger town too. The hosts provide their own fresh fruit and veg which you can just help yourself to and they are super helpful. There is a pizzeria/restaurant just down the road too.

We had a wonderful stay! Serena was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options, including some amazing homemade pastries that we absolutely loved. Really big apartments with a rustic and typically Tuscan vibe. Nice welcome by the staff - they were very accommodating and helpful even though we were a big group of people. They organised an oil tasting and visit to the old oil mill which was fascinating and a hit among the group. We enjoyed the pool and the game room as well.
