The rooms are very comfy and the view is outstanding. the place is extremely clean. The food is simply perfect, and they have GF options which is not easy to find everywhere. Warm and friendly welcome and that despite it being during Sunday lunchtime. Nice, spacious, new room with everything you need and very comfortable beds. Absolutely the best breakfast served with much love and dedication.

Situated 42 km from Pertosa Caves, Taverna Centomani offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a garden and a bar. 1 The dinner was exceptional, with items sourced from the farm or nearby farm. 2 Breakfast was also excellent. 3 we received a tour of the farm and clearly the love and respect the owner had for his animals 4 Oh, ya, great wine as well.

Absolutely wonderful vacation villa, with huge pool, attentive staff and generous host - Giuseppe, who does his best to fulfill your needs, help you or just advise you great dining spots. We really liked that we didn’t have to carry any keys with us, as all of the doors unlocked with a code.

Set in Montescaglioso, within 19 km of Casa Grotta nei Sassi and 19 km of Matera Cathedral, La Volpe e la Stella by Podere Carriero offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking... Excellent B&B, everything was superb. Our room was very clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony overlooking the farm. Probably the best part of our stay was the breakfast, with everything fresh and eggs from the farm. The host is amazing. We stayed here and visited Matera for the whole day. We could only stay one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer.
