S. Sebastião Aqueduct is 5 km from the farm stay and University of Coimbra is also 5 km from the property. This is a very comfortable place to stay, close location to Coimbra (we used Uber to travel into the town). It was so nice to rest in the garden after a busy day!

How they had a couple rooms available so they let us choose a room and we had a beautiful view of the lovely main Church in the Town center all lit up for Dia de Liberdade . Easy walking distance to several restaurants and around some really cute old city blocks.

At the farm stay, the units have bed linen and towels. Quinta da Tapada provides an insight into the Portugal for many decades ago. Built by the current owner's grandfather the house is in a rustic setting above a traditional village. The narrow, steep drive through the village is a little daunting the first time but what what a wonderful surprise when you arrive at the attractive garden, complete with peacock, swimming pool, and traditional two storey house overlooking the valley. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Manuel, and the house makes you feel you have stepped into a bygone world. Our two rooms accessed a large private balcony complete with comfortable chairs from which we watched the rural scenes below. Manuel, recommended an excellent nearby restaurant and gave great advice on a scenic route for our onward travels to Piodao and Viseu. We would love to return one day to explore more of this area..

The property features garden views and is 35 km from Santa Clara a Velha Monastery and 35 km from Coimbra-A Train Station. The farm stay provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Comfortable accommodation. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely balcony with an amazing view!! Outdoor swimming pool was plus. Breakfast was very good and everyday with an effort to bring something new. Big star is Marisa, that throughout our stay was very attentive. A place to return for sure!

Boasting a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and views of garden, Quinta do Regalo is a farm stay set in a historic building in Coimbra, 6.7 km from Coimbra-A Train Station. The property has city views and is 7.9 km from Santa Clara a Velha Monastery and 8 km from S. Sebastião Aqueduct. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The cottage was beautifully appointed in period furnishings. The organic, fabulous breakfast including bread and jams made by Helena were over the top. The gorgeous dining room with elaborate table setting made us feel like royalty:) The extras…wine, port, sweets, fruit, were all bonuses we had not anticipated. The tour of the orchard and gardens was delightful!

At the farm stay, units include bed linen and towels. The Breakfast was Fantastic, The Host was Amazing and the Location was great. With out A shadow of A doubt I couldn't recommend Quinta dos Lameiros enough. The rooms were spotless and super comfy and located in A very rural and secure compound, it was one of the Best Quest Houses I have stayed in on A 12 day trip of Portugal.

The unit is soundproofed and includes a tiled floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. Very nite decoration. The house has been renewed with very good taste. It has all the essential amenities. The surroundings of the house are amazing, incredible landscape and we get to relax and enjoy it from private terrace belonging to the house.
