    Staff is good, polite, understanding and cooperative. Hotel location is nice close to Mumbai Naka bus depot. Food is tasty and they have a lot of variety at a reasonable cost, also having laundry service. Overall a very good experience with family. 4/5 stars for me.

    Suprisingly good food at the buffet, especially for a five star hotel. Staff was very courteous and went out of their way to help. Hotel was very busy for the long weekend, but most of the staff still did all their work with a smile.

    What makes a hotel great are the facilities, amenities but above all the staff. I must say Courtyard goes above and beyond in anything that you need in a stay in a 5 star hotel. Exceptionally polite and courteous staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are super comfy and super tasty food in the restaurant. For sure I am your fan!

    The Woodsworth Villa, Igatpuri. In the lap of luxury. Now here is 10/10 property. An architect’s dream house. Tastefully curated nestled in a forest grove. Away from the roads. A lavish 5 star property with just two bedrooms. That’s the luxury of space. Jaw dropping hall and bedroom sizes and massive balconies/sit outs. Amenities galore, to pamper all your senses. Iagatpuri’s temperature at 15 degrees blended perfectly for a great experience.

    Very few things to like about the location and property offered. Photos posted are good by saffron stays but the delivery of service is zero. We felt like cheated by paying for 5 star service and saffron delivered a below average service and experience to us. We would have got a better service and experience at same price in courtyard and ambad hotel. Food was average. Expecting someone from saffron to call us and justify the price. Would like to ask for refund.
