The bed and pillow were comfortable, but the absolute highlight was the friendliness of the staff from the cleaners to Ratheesh the chef, who cooked delicious food for breakfast and like the other staff was very friendly and attentive. Special mention has to go to the front desk staff who were at all times very friendly and helpful and took it upon themselves to solve any minor problem. Thanks Pramod and Jesna…you are outstanding.
