Situated in the heart of Gulberg in Lahore, Heritage Luxury Suites All Suite Hotel features spacious and luxurious suites with free Wi-Fi.

Although the hotel is decent enough and the location is great the entire customer service is rude, lazy and incredibly unhelpful. If I’m not fighting with the reception staff it’s the breakfast staff - apart from the nice young lady with the green cap. The tall man is a nightmare and should be fired. Getting water is a struggle, towels a struggle and they can’t count. I normally stay at the Ambiance Hotel Lahore - they were fully booked on this trip. Go there and see the exceptional service.

This is a lovely old colonial hotel well situated in Lahore. It feels like a busy business type of city hotel. The room was exceptional. It was spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of places to put our belongings and several comfy chairs. The A/C was effective and quiet. The large attached bathroom had a good shower and plenty of hot water. Fresh fruit was delivered every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping staff and dining room staff were also welcoming and polite. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

    I recently stayed at this Apartment and had a fantastic experience! The place was really nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the amenities they offered. I must admit and appreciate that the standard of Ramada is equivalent to any 4 & 5 stars hotels of Europe, Abu Dhabi & Dubai. My family is on board with my view about standard of Ramada.
