The vibe and staff made it feel like home the personal experience from all the staff is unbelievable. The food is outstanding, the spa treatments and massages on offer were out of this world. I just want to thank the whole staff at Uma Kalai who made nothing feel like it was too much to ask and a special thanks to Rana, Dicky and Gusti who helped us throughout our stay. The staff even made a group chat that we could communicate anything we needed during the stay. The Bhumi Villa we stayed in even had a personal steamroom and private pool which was perfect for our honeymoon. My wife and I were so sad that we had to eventually leave. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud - absolutely amazing place.
