Amazing hotel. The staff is fantastic, Andrew and Ria were just the best! The spa marvelous - best massage I’ve had in my life. I even went 3 times. Breakfast is delicious so is the Chinese restaurant. Pool is great and really loved their amenities at the beach - which is a short drive from the hotel and leaves every hour.

Giri Bhagawan Villas & Spa features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in Nusa Dua. This 5-star hotel offers a concierge service. The villa was spacious. The bathroom was really big and the bathtub was for 2 people to fit in. The bed was really comfortable and the pool great. We also enjoyed the big pool near the lobby after the check out until our flight.

Location can't be better, the cleanliness was absolutely on point and the staff went above and beyond for everything. The hotel has just 10 rooms so by the end of the stay the staff knows all your individual preferences :). The food options are limited but all excellent. Note it is a vegan and pescatarian property.

Room was up-graded from Club-access 1 King to Club-access deluxe 1 King maybe due to Christmas holiday season. Breakfast and evening canape at the Grand Lounge was full of choice. The staff at the Lounge was very friendly, attentive and communicative.
