Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

A friend recommended this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others! Lovely hotel, we loved the vibrant yellow walls and decor. The staff were lovely and helped us with everything we needed. We had a great trip to the waterfall with their driver. Great central location. We loved the afternoon tea and snacks by the poolside everyday. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and great value for money.

The location was excellent, on an island, away from the busyness, right by the backwaters The bed and pillows were so comfy and feather like. The view from the room was spectacular facing the waters. The bathroom was extremely spacious with a beautiful bath tub. I loved the breakfast with authentic Kerala food as well as great choice of European food. The club lounge was useful - fantastic choice of finger food ( a bit low on vegetarian options) and alcohol beverages. The check in was so quick even though I arrived at 9am. Everything was really superb.

We enjoyed the restaurant near the water with pleasant atmosphere and nice food for breakfast and dinners.

To start with, the property manager, Prabhu, is superb and genuinely nice! He and Hari gave us great recommendations. The property and rooms are extremely well kept! Our cottage was 10/10 clean, which is very important amidst pandemic. The views are indescribable. We loved every and each staff members’ service. Without a doubt, I recommend this property!!! I wished we had stayed here longer. LOVED this resort and everything about it!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing views of Munnar hill country. Rooms were spacious with private balcony. Nice to enjoy a more ‘western style’ bathroom after the wet rooms style of our India travels. Air conditioning good and quiet. Requests such as ice or ironing board super promptly to room. They also managed to accommodate my request for adjacent rooms. Adults infinity pool was closed for renovation but family pool was still lovely.

Celeste Inn at Vagamon in Vagamon features 5-star accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Had a pleasant stay with my family here. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The property is well maintained and the decor is beautiful and simple.
