Del Pilar Ollantaytambo offers accommodation in Ollantaytambo, 9 km away from the Train Station, and 30 km away from Machu Pichu. The property offers a daily breakfast with tropical fruits. Loved the location and facilities here. The staff were super helpful, especially when we needed a taxi to get from the hotel to Ollantaytambo station and there was a landslide - we got to the station with time to spare. Great games and activities in the shared spaces too.

Fantastic service and extremely comfortable beds. The beautiful garden where you can have breakfast along with the alpaca in the mornings.

Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. it's actually a wonderfully equipped resort, and the price of 150 euros per night, for a gorgeous, huge room with a view of the river... is excellent! Wonderful park with lake with exotic plants The restaurant is a bit better, like the breakfast, the chef is very kind, local live music every evening... everyone tries to make you satisfied!tic fish, very rich and beautifully landscaped garden, Hacienda house... you have to stay more than 2 days like we did.....

Aranwa offers 5-star luxury set in a refurbished sixteenth century mansion, declared National Historic Monument in 1980, in downtown Cuzco. A brilliant hotel in the very heart of Cusco. It is not on the cheap side but the value for money ratio is excellent. The room was very comfortable, spacious, the bathroom is fantastic, it is equipped with a massage shower. The only issue is that, although understandable due to the low season and very few guests, there was no buffet breakfast and we had to wait (for us) quite a long time for the most basic things like bread and butter and coffee. I am sure that this will be different in the high season. We would definitely go back to this hotel if we were to go to Cusco again. The staff are amazing.

The location of the property was perfect for arriving to Machu Picchu early in the morning, the staff at the property were to attentive to our every need, they took the best care of us and were so helpful with all our questions.

This former monastery dated from 1592, offers luxurious colonial-style accommodation set around a courtyard. Bryant the concierge was excellent and organized everything we needed around Cusco. The restaurant and food at the hotel is also excellent. Overall what makes this hotel special is the quality of the staff and the service received!

Set in a historical building just 2 blocks from Plaza de Armas square, this luxury boutique hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi. It features a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Fantastic hotel with superbly maintained property and facilities. The location is a 5-10 min walk from plaza de armas of Cusco and easy walk to all the spots of interest in the historical district of Cusco. Breakfast is great and the staff are very attentive. We also did a pisco sour class by the bartender which was fun. Spacious rooms. The front desk also let us do a slightly later checkout which was much appreciated.

Among the various hotels we stayed during our visit to South America, Smaq Machupicchu was the only hotel where a “standard room” had a bathtub.
