Located in Sibu, THE SWAN hotel features a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. Certain rooms at the property include a balcony with a city view. Very friendly staff, and the proprietor took care of us. This small hotel looks brand new and is excellent value for money. They throw in a small breakfast (toast, eggs, and coffee/tea). Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, a great spot to explore between shops there and "The Spring", the parking lot is secured and monitored. The hotel is very lovely, the rooms were impressive, comfortable and very clean. The management should invest in making a swimming pool with pool bars and restaurants perfect for families, and a sky view of Bintulu city.

We stayed at Raia hotel so we're close to airport, room is spacious, clean and new, staff is awesome, service is great. Very comfortable stay. We LOVE the pillows, had great sleep, thank you, will definitely stay here again ❤❤❤❤
