The tent features air conditioning and heating. The unit has 4 beds. Wow!!! The nicest place I have stayed at with amazing hot pools looking out into the forest. The water is constantly replaced and they are cleaned daily. Very chilled and "zen" place which i loved. Extremely well equipped kitchen, with delicious free coffee & tea all morning. Lovely big comfortable lounge area and outdoor deckjng looking out towards forest, river and mountains. Plenty of good places to meet others. Great showers and toilets. Everything spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly and helpful,... but special mention to Yuki...what a lovely young guy. He was the icing on the cake....., and the cherry too.

Featuring free toiletries, this tent includes a shared bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer. I was in Japan for the first time as a solo traveller and had such a lovely stay at Couscous. The glamping set-up is first class, the food is delicious, the location is beautiful and it’s a great way to visit the surrounding area (Hakone, Fugi 5 lakes etc), especially if you have a car. A special mention for Takeshi, Arisa, Shigeki & Stephane (the Couscous team) who were brilliant and helped me with everything from restaurant and site seeing recommendations, to ensuring I was very comfortable at Couscous.
