Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. Great breakfast, excellent room size and design, location really near to bus stops (50 m to buss stop for Kaprun ski area and 100 m to buss stop for Zell am See ski area). Also, there are some good restaurants in easy walking distance, so no need to worry for lunch or dinner. Everything is really clean and very well maintained, the staff and the owner are very friendly and ready to help with every need. Definitely will return.

Situated in Thomatal, 15 km from Mauterndorf Castle, Der Thomataler Wirt features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. It’s a small family-run hotel in the Alps and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm and comfy vibe, and everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. I would like to specially thank Barbara, who was incredibly kind and made a delicious dinner for me and my kids when we got there late at night and kitchen wasn’t already working. It made us feel so happy and thankful. The breakfast was authentic with local products and very delicious.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Der Pfindlhof features accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi. Good location, friendly owners always ready to help, nice facilities - summer house, the space for washing bikes, etc.

Set in Lech am Arlberg in the Vorarlberg region, Landhaus Alpenland offers accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a sauna. The breakfast was the best one we had in 2 weeks in Austria. They had fruits as well as egg hams, local cheese and home-made marmalade. They also adapted to my gluten free diet without a problem. They made local recommendations about where to hike and where to eat. Very nice couple!

Located in Schröcken, 49 km from Dornbirn Exhibition Centre, Lisas - with Wellness and Breakfast offers accommodation with a sauna and spa facilities. Lisas accommodation exceeded our expectations, very clean and well equipped apartment. Dorothea was super friendly and gave us lots of useful info about the surroundings. The location is great as you can take the ski bus in the morning and return by ski right to accommodation or continue just 50m down to an après ski bar. There is an EV charging station across the road and also a supermarket.
