The room we stayed in was fully renovated, with a nice balcony and a great view of the mountains. In general, we really appreciated the hospitality — the staff were very kind and welcoming and there were thoughtful touches like free coffee and water carafes in the communal area, as well as an “honesty bar.” After a long day of discovering beautiful Lucerne and its surroundings, you can try local beers in the garden under the shade of the trees (which seem to be frequented by locals as well.) The location is perfect as it’s very close to the city center (direct bus line, train stop 5 min walk away) but also gives easier access to Alpnachstad/mountains. We hope to be back!

The property is located only a few meters from the beautiful lake and is also visible from the room which is so relaxing, you can and will find almost everything that you might need for the stay at Sandra’s. She is an amazing host, and you will feel right at home. Bus stop and restaurants are close and you can easily spend few days in this quaint town. Everything was super clean, would like to come back here again :)

They thought all details by check-in, cooking, sightseeing and all other things during your residence. We have informed the property that with want to checke in at late night and it was done without any problem. Communication with personal per app is super fast, helpful and psitive. the environment, the location are perfekt. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook everything that you want.

Our room was sparkling clean, the bed very comfortable and we had a fast wi-fi connection. Room had beautiful view over the valley. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order perfectly. The staff was very accommodating and multi-lingual. We will stay there again when back in Switzerland next year.

This hotel is situated in Meggen, just 700 metres away from Lake Lucerne. It offers an Italian restaurant with garden terrace. All rooms have a bathroom and cable TV. We loved everything about our stay and wished we had booked for longer. People were welcoming and friendly. Accommodation was amazing. There's lots to see and the church is a must!

The Sonnenberg Hotel in Kriens offers panoramic views over Lake Lucerne, the mountains and the forest, a Nespresso machine in every room, seasonal cuisine and free WiFi. Absolutely stunning views, great location near Kriens (where gondolas and cable car to Pilatus leave from), comfortable rooms with lovely views and balcony with chairs and table, free minigolf and playground, free fruit for guests, ample free parking and 2 x 22KW chargers for electric cars. Last but not least, a fabulous and v reasonable Michelin quality fine dining menu in the restaurant (with wine from a vineyard we could see from the terrasse). Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Luzern region
