It is a cosy family hotel. Ben and Nico & family made us feel very welcome. The room was recently renovated, and we’re glad that they kept a German touch ;) The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, fresh and there was enough choice. I’m very thankful for the fresh glutenfree sandwiches I got every morning. ☺️ Upon our arrival, we received free tickets from Ben, so we were able to freely use the public transport during our whole staying. Really practical, since there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And Cochem is just a 9 minutes bus ride away. Ernst was a perfect location from which we could easily travel and visit other villages allong the Moselle region. We enjoyed our vacation and will certainly come back to this hotel!

Bright, clean accommodation with small balcony. Fridge provided also in room. Superb value for money. Already recommended to German friends.

The owner is really professional, attentive and makes you feel at home, we loved staying there and enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our bedroom!

Pension Moselvilla 1900 is situated in Cochem, 1.4 km from Cochem Castle, 33 km from Castle Eltz, as well as 38 km from Monastery Maria Laach. As a handyman/DIYer, I was especially intrigued by how well the magnificent old building had been restored, with the finest materials, from top to bottom, along with the finest craftsmanship, maintaining the Old World integrity of the structure, while fully updating it with the clean, crisp edges of modernity. The scrumptious breakfasts were also a highlight of our visit, as they seemed to be for all the other very contented guests as well!

We stayed in a holiday apartment (Ferienwohnung) with 2 bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a very nice bed (we only used 1 bedroom). The rooms are very spacious. Free parking by the side of the house. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
