This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. Location is quite and picturesque with convenient connections to everyone. Kitchen in the room is fully equipped with nice selection of cutlery and dishes. Breakfast is good with wide variety of cheese, spreads, breads, tee and delicious jams of crazy flavors. Also chairs in the breakfast hall are comfy provoking to sit and stare in the windows. Bed in the room is amazing, I haven't slept that good for ages! Compared to other hotels nearby parking facilities seem to be outstanding.

Bonus is the free entrance to the Eisenbahnwelten - park with moving train models, that is interesting not only for kids but also to adults.

The staff were excellent and friendly. Location is superb. Important that guests read carefully the instructions how to get to the facility. It is in a nature park and needs permission to drive there. Do not rely on Google map as it sends you the wrong way.

Pension Kleiner König อยู่ใน Struppen-Siedlung ห่างจากป้อมปราการ Königstein Fortress 3.2 กม. Breakfast was reasonably good. Self check-in but it was pretty easy. It provided free parking space. Conveniently located for access to the Sachsen Swiss National Park. Great value.

Pension Donatus อยู่ในเพียร์นา ห่างจาก Pillnitz Castle and Park 8.5 กม. A lovely hotel in beautifully renovated building. The rooms are spacious, fresh, clean, and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal; right in the heart of Pirna old town within a few minutes walk to so many restaurants and bars. We would recommend and are very much looking forward to staying here again at the end the Malerweg.
