The property is allergy-free and is situated 1.4 km from El Retiro Park. The staff was very welcoming! Roberto even helped me out to try to find Real Madrid tickets. He also took the time to bring us a bottle of champagne on our final night.

It is 200 metres from Opera Metro Station and 10 minutes’ walk from Puerta del Sol. The location is AMAZING!!!!! you can walk everywhere from the hotel location. The service also is really good, the two womens in the front desk are very kind

The staff was kind, helpful, and responsive to questions even before our stay. Room was spacious and clean; had nice facilities and additional amenities like fridge and water kettle. Check-in and check-out process were easy.
