Galaxidaki 1857 guesthouse ligger i Galaxídi, med Super Kalafatis-stranden bare 1,8 kilometer unna. The location is amazing, the small town of Galaxidi is beautifull and there are a lot of good places to eat or drink something. Our host provided us with al the information we needed and asked for. The bed of the accomodation was unbelievable, we never slept so comfortably. The appartment was cleaned before we arrived and this was to a very high standard. The terrass outside was nice with some morning sun and in the aftersoon some well needed shade. We had a truly wonderfull stay!

We were welcomed in a super friendly manner and she tought of every single detail to make our stay comfortable. The studio was fully equipped and cozy. Efi even went beyond by leaving us plentiful and delicious items for breakfast, including homemade ones prepared by herself. The location is excellent to visit Arachova and there is private parking right opposite the property.

I loved the ambience of the house, it was very cosy and traditional. Also the location is simply perfect. The room was one of the nicest where I've ever stayed, also the bed was very comfortable.

We visited Delphi and then drove to the little town of Kiriaki, about 12 Kms off the main road to Athens. This guesthouse is very well appointed, every detail is high quality. The beds are comfortable with lovely pillows, windows with doors and screens, a beautiful large bathroom. We stayed in a suite with two bedrooms for 100E, for two of us, just one night on our way to Athens airport to fly home. The woman who owns the guesthouse is friendly and welcoming, though does not speak English. She made a beautiful breakfast, the leftovers of which we packed up for lunch, and she offered us foil to wrap up the food. We walked to the town square, about 4-5 mins walk, and spent the evening sitting in the square and watching children play, families hang out, the old men sitting together, and couples and groups sitting at other tables. It was a Friday night but also good weather, very lively and heartwarming.

Awesome, friendly and welcoming hosts that even give gave us their homegrown olives when we were leaving. If I ever be in the region again, I'm not looking for any other places to stay. Fantastic experience!!!
