The guesthouse is in a great location, within easy walking distance to everything. Jacqueline, the owner, provided excellent pre-arrival instructions. The room was lovely and supremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Most importantly, though, Jacqueline helped us for days before our arrival when our luggage did not arrive by courier as expected, which you can imagine was very stressful for us. She went above and beyond to try to help us. We cannot thank you enough, Jacqueline, for being our advocate while we were on our way to your place (we were off grid, high in the mountains) and after our arrival.

This hotel is very close to the city centre, shops, train station, bus stops. Room is spacious with a balcony (we regret not booking it sooner, otherwise we would have got room with amazing mountain view). Excellent breakfast. But best part about this place is Roberto and Sonia who are passionate about serving their guests. Always cheerful, asking about how the day went, what can be done in the region etc. They also arranged for a very early breakfast just for us one day. Lady helping them was also nice. All in all, excellent stay. Will come back again :)

Very nicely made and decorated rooms, clean and practical with plenty of wardrobe space. Nice terrace with a view over mountains and centrally located in town. Easy to get to restaurants around as well as supermarkets. We just stopped one night on the way further south in Italy. We got parking in the garage which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. We will stop there again in the future when we are driving by.

There was a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, plenty of cleaning products and also basics such as salt, oil and pepper provided.
