The staff was super helpful with everything. Gonzalo even booked for us a Tour witch Pick-up from the Hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean. We could leave our Backpack after check out there during the day and could also wait in the Brakfastroom for our Nightbus til 10pm. would definitely stay here again

The house and the room were really nice and clean, and Sonia cooked some nice meals for us. Vidal helped us organise the transport to and from the island, including the tour of the Uros and Taquile islands, and he accompanied us from and to the port.

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING First of all the extreme kindness and genuine care The location that is in a real part of Puno, not touristy and yet really central, close to everything you need, and especially the bus/train stations are a walking distance And yet really quiet Amazing beds and covers, and hot showers Hot water for teas too Simple, homemade delicious and filling breakfast I recommend 200% And will be looking forward to booking again if I visit Puno again! A HUGE thank you 🙏🏾

Kentin ana meydanına 350 metre mesafede yer alan Hostal UTASA VILLA REAL inn, Puno'da konaklama imkanı sunmaktadır. Tesiste ücretsiz Wi-Fi erişimi mevcuttur. The room is cozy and not too cold (for Peruvian standards in winter). The host was incredibly kind, he helped us by keeping our backpacks all day long and with recommendations. Breakfast was also rich and tasty.

Thanks Oscar
