Liz was very knowledgable about surrounding area a shops and gave us a map to tour around. Tuesday morning fruit market stands were awesome. Dogs Choco and negra were gentle and adorable addition.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The family were so hospitable and loving towards myself and my son. The rooms are immaculate, beds super comfortable, gardens are beautiful. We had such great sleeps every night as it was super quiet. The breakfast is amazing and great care is put into every dish. Theres a separate co-working area and a yoga studio. You can cook in the kitchen or the main plaza is only 2-3 minutes walk. Every little detail is lovingly crafted. I could live here, without a doubt. Thank you so much for welcoming us :-)

Situated on the foothills of Pinkuylluna, a sacred Inca mountain, Apu Lodge features cosy regional decor with exposed stones and colourful tapestries. Wi-Fi is free and Cusco’s main Square is 300 metres away. The breakfast had a great variety of fruit, yogurt and granola, as well as an omelet cooked to order. The orange juice was fresh squeezed, and delicious. It exceeded our expectations! The location of the grounds was AMAZING!! We had a great view of many ruins. The lodge Is nestled at the base of one of the huge mountains. Such a BEAUTIFUL location!! The grounds were covered in many different flowers, and a large variety of fruit trees. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, enjoying the tranquility. We also loved how close it was to the town square. We highly recommend staying here the night before going to Machu Pichu, to allow for a shorter train ride, than if you came from Cusco. It breaks up the trip. If you can, stay at least 2 nights!!
