It was our first time in Nis and we were looking for a hotel with SPA. We had a great time in the sauna and in the jacuzzi. The staff was very polite and attentive. They gave us good recommendations for restaurants with live music and they even made reservations for us. The rooms were very good size. We had a nice big terrace, a nice bathroom and the floor in the bathroom was heated - we loved that. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The hotel has parkimg lots if you go by car. Check in and check out were both very quick and smooth. When we checked out, the staff gave us bottles of water for our journey back home - such a nice touch! Thabk you Zen hotel people! We will definitely be back soon!

Set in a historic building in central Belgrade, Belgreat Premium Suites provides modernly furnished accommodation with free, high-speed WiFi access. The apartment was amazing, really comfortable bed that makes you feel that you are sleeping on the cloud. Apartment was also very clean, and spacious. For people to know about free parking, you need to know that you can actually park immediately in front of the "Public House Hotel", on the curb, it looks like walking space but you can park there. At this moment, all the reception and check ins and outs are through their reception. Awesome breakfast with diversity of foods. Staff is very polite and welcoming. We would definitely like to come to this place again as it have made our trip more amazing!
