The location was excellent. This part of the area is more peaceful and luckily not in the middle of bigger beaches' noise. Also nice resturants close by (with no crazy loud music as in bigger beaches). In quite hilly Dhërmi Essos has a location next to the beach which is wonderful thing. We also loved the garden and view from it.

The house is newly renovated and clean. An incredible view of the lake and mountains from the window. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beaches (there are three incredible beaches nearby). But it is worth considering that all beaches are paid (10 euros for one sunbed for the whole day). The nearest supermarket in Ksamil is about 5 km from the hotel.
