The space was spotless and well-maintained, showing a lot of care from the hosts. What I loved most was the peacefulness of the location. It’s tucked away just enough to offer complete privacy and tranquility, yet still close to all the local attractions and essential services like a coffee shops, a bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy, making it incredibly convenient. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were quick to respond to any questions and provided detailed information about the house. It was clear they put a lot of thought and care into making guests feel welcome!

Very comfortable and magnificently decorated, I stayed there for a few days with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. A special mention for the hosts, Viviane and Ivo, who made us feel at like we were at home.

So many good things. 1) The place is sweet, homey, clean, cozy (burning woodfire when we arrived in the cold afternoon)--a historic old building with modern updates/renovation. Lots of room. Two floors. 2) All the best values of this unique place, Geel, are embodied in the beautiful host Sophie. Our meeting conversation with her was one of the highlights of a month of travels for me, maybe the best moment of the trip. Very kind hosting--hospitality in the most real and deep sense. Plus: Sophie's husband Paul is a legendary cyclist (hence the name, Velo --94 is the year he won the Cyclo-Cross World Championship)--so cyclists, check it out!

The property was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. There were lots of nice touches like a water bowl and treats for our dog as well as wine and chocolates for us.

Our stay was perfect, couldn’t be better! I highly recommend this house for everything. can’t say something negative about it.

Boasting a spa bath, villa 2be is situated in Balen. There is a spa and wellness centre comprised of a sauna, a hot spring bath and a hot tub. The photos don’t do this house justice. It’s the perfect holiday house. The hot tub and sauna were fantastic. The kids room stocked with toys was wonderful and my kids loved the special kiddie beds.

The heating was on when we got there which made it extra cosy which was lovely of the host to do before we got there . The bathroom was a very good size included a bath and shower . The sofa bed was really ideal as I had my two children with me and they slept on there . I bought long with me two blankets anyway as we travelled by car . The kitchen was a good size . For me the cleanliness of the apartment was really fresh and clean .
