After an adventurous drive, we arrived at a very beautiful property where we were introduced to the FANTASTIC host Spiros! We were welcomed like family and our stay could not have been made more pleasant. We recommend it to everyone and if we go to Corfu again, we will definitely come to Castello Di Vista.

The host is extremely accommodating and ready to help with everything. all recommendations for accommodation and hosts.

Boasting garden views, Casa Ankilena offers accommodation with patio, around 7.7 km from Achilleion Palace. Alexandra is the best host that I have ever encountered. Her hospitality is tremendous! The apartment was more than 100% as in the pictures. With many properties, the pictures are better than the reality, here the apartment is better, with modern furniture and interior! Everything is exactly as listed and there are more things that are listed. The location is good - in the middle of the island, for adventures, you can explore the entire island evenly. The closest beaches were the best on the island (Top beaches from Tripadvisor and so on were worse than Glifada and Kontogialos beach). Kontogialos beach - one of the best beaches (pure sand) with the possibility to park easily free of charge very close to the sand! Plenty of free parking space on the premises of the property! There is a big patio with a garden couch, roof, and BBQ. Two bedrooms with doors ( there are many apartments listed without doors). Excellent property worth visiting! Highly recommended!

The closest neighbour is like a kilometre away, so absolutely noone bothers you About 18 minutes from corfu downtown, 15 minutes to bigger shops All together this place is highly reccomended!

It’s clear that the apartment was designed with care, making it feel more like a welcoming home than just a rental. We had the entire top floor to ourselves, enjoying complete privacy and relaxing on one of the three balconies, listening to crickets and admiring the valley views. This is not the place for those seeking excitement and crowds, but for those looking to unwind and recharge. Despite its peaceful setting, the house is only a 15-minute drive from the center of Corfu, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. My husband and I, as seasoned travelers with PhDs, have stayed in many places around the world. We seek out more than just quality accommodations—we appreciate those hosts who truly understand hospitality and go beyond simply renting a space. Aleksandra is one such host. She embodies the spirit of the old-world tradition where guests are highly valued, and their comfort is a priority. Her warm welcome note, filled with useful recommendations rather than restrictive rules, reflected this approach. Aleksandra's House truly deserves a 10/10 for offering a stay that feels special, meaningful, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommended!
