A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The apartment was very modern and comfortable, perfect for a couple or small family with children. We made a last minute reservation that night and called the owners when we got lost trying to find the house. Because it was so late, they did not realize it had been booked! They were very welcoming, in spite of the hour, and guided us to parking and the house. They even supplied us with a bottle of wine and chilled water. The house is very medi-evil on the outside but modern inside. Lovely new kitchen and bath, spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed and linens. The perfect place to spend the night after a long drive across Italy.

Villa Fedora Luxury Suites in Lucca provides adults-only accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a shared lounge. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Wow - this was the most well appointed B&B I have stayed in anywhere in Europe. Every single detail was thought out. Slippers, robes, stocked mini-bar (for charge) free snacks, water and prosecco, luggage racks, toiletries, a numbered parking spot. There is probably nothing you could have needed that wasn't available, better than many full-stocked hotels. The yard was beautiful with an outdoor sitting area and an infinity pool (which we didn't use as it was November). Breakfast was amazing, especially for people with food allergies or who may be vegan/Kosher. Everything was organic and labeled and delicious. The young lady who managed the breakfast also cleans the rooms and she is very kind. They are lucky to have her.

Casetta di Ghino in Radicofani provides accommodation with free WiFi, 29 km from Mount Amiata, 13 km from Bagni San Filippo and 24 km from Bagno Vignoni. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features family rooms. Very good location in Radcofani. Apartment very clean and newly renovated. Washing machine was a bonus with a washing line to dry clothes - walking the via Francigena a washing machine is handy. We did not use kitchen, but it is well equipped if you would like to prepare your own meals. Shower worked very well. Comfy bed! Would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Radecofani. New, clean, with no signs of use, fully equipped, spacious house. Located in the old town of Torrita, on the line of the city walls, with a roof terrace offering great views of the surrounding area (because the city is also on a hill). A living room with a mezzanine, a kitchen and a separate dining room. This house allows 4 people to sleep comfortably in two double beds (one in mezzaine and second as a sofa in living room). And in addition there is a small wine cellar where you can buy various bottles of wine;). The house is decorated with attention to detail and comfort, full of wardrobes, drawers, electrical sockets. Air conditioning on each floor, electric sunroof. The owners were very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic, on the day of arrival they provided us with water, fruit and baked snacks! A few steps from the house there is a bar with delicious coffee and cakes, in the old town there is a restaurant "Ghi'osteria" with great dinners. Torrita is beautiful and ... tourist-free, on its own is a great spot for excursions around the area.
