I had the best room in level 4. They have an elevator. The staff is very helpful. While I am walking around they answer my questions by WeChat and make sure that we are good. Also, they show me the best way to move to Guilin and help me in that. The LOCATION is perfect.

So friendly and helpful with planning our trips around the national park and booking tickets for us. We also bumped into one of the staff when we were a bit stuck coincidentally and he drove us back to the hotel which was so sweet. Beautiful bath on the balcony too !

Mr Huang is very nice and caring and will give you informations for visiting Tianmen mountains. Possible to store your luggage after check out.
