Location is great to the park entrance. The room is spacious and beautiful. There were many local restaurant, tastes good.just right next to the hotel. Staffs were helpful and keep smile.We will come back if we return to Zhangjiajie.

While I am walking around they answer my questions by WeChat and make sure that we are good. Also, they show me the best way to move to Guilin and help me in that. The LOCATION is perfect.

So friendly and helpful with planning our trips around the national park and booking tickets for us. We also bumped into one of the staff when we were a bit stuck coincidentally and he drove us back to the hotel which was so sweet. Beautiful bath on the balcony too !

Clean and comfortable room. Fully equiped (soap, towel, water, heating,...). Very good location, next to the cable car of Tianmen. Lots of restaurants around. Mr Huang is very nice and caring and will give you informations for visiting Tianmen mountains. Possible to store your luggage after check out.
