The staff were just fantastic - so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast served on our little terrace every morning, they helped us rent a scooter with board rack, fabulous massage at the on site spa. We stayed in two rooms, both lovely. The king suite was perfect - great size, massive comfy bed, good bathroom. Cannot fault this place! We loved it!!

Very nice pool , also the room was so nice with smart TV and Netflix . Very cozy bathroom and amenities . The garden surroundings in the hotel was so beautiful so many exotic flowers and trees , was paradise. Personnel was so polite and smiling persons always ready to help We took a floating breakfast as well and we liked it in this amazing pool. Thank you !!!!

Very friendly and accomodating hosts. The place was clean, amazing views, close to the waterfalls, comfortable bed, good wifi. The food was also great and as everything is prepared fresh, they accomodate intolerancies and allergies. Adila can also prepare off menu dishes as well. Overall, highly recommended.

Situated 5 minutes’ walk from Kikian River, Patal Kikian Sidemen features an outdoor swimming pool set amidst the gardens. Outstanding stay at Patal Kikian Villas! This was a highlight of our holiday. The view from the property of Mount Agung is fantastic. We were fortunate enough to stay in the one bedroom private villa which was incredible! The villa had an enormous private infinity pool, wonderful indoor and outdoor lounging areas, beautiful master bedroom and bathroom with views of the mountain. I was blown away by this property and would love to stay again one day.

It was very clean and modern in the accommodation. There was a little kitchenette (no cooking) with fridge and plates for when we had a takeaway. A sink to do a bit of hand washing. The ‘bed fairies’ as we call them came everyday while we were out. Staff lovely. Large choice for breakfast including delicious omelettes. Off the Main Street so very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
