They made us feel at home every-minute. Their attention and response were flawless/fast! They even held our baggage while we were on tour and even after out check-out. We are forever grateful!

We came to the residence one day before our checkin to drop our suitcases and we were welcome as if we already stayed there. And when we came back to do the checkin the day after around 7.30pm, the owner might see that we looked tired, she got our room ready told us to rest a little, use restroom first and to do checkin later which I really appreciated because I had carsick and very bad stomachache upon arrival… and she made me a tea which helped my stomach it’s very kind of her. For the room, the bed is very very comfortable with hot shower (very important thing in Cusco) I slept very well despite my sickness. When we left, she helped us to get a taxi on the street and she made sure that we didn’t get scammed. Thank you again!

The facilities were immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and supportive environment. Marco and Salome helped us with everything, from ordering food to offering medical support when one of my friends fell ill. They personally drove him to the hospital and provided necessary medicines. The breakfast was fantastic, although we only had it during 2 days because our tours were departing very early. Coke tea and hot water was always available with a variety of delicious options to start our day. Their kindness and prompt assistance with any request made our experience unforgettable. We stayed for 3 nights at Parwa Guest House in the king sized room and loved it! The room is very comfortable and the host is so nice! He arranged a private tour of the sacred valley for us. Breakfast was really good also! Location is great, just a few minutes from the main square.
