Everything. The host, the room, and the location. The room is very clean and comfy and close to everywhere. I have a lovely stay here. This place is not a hotel but more like a hotel-like homestay. The entrance is a nice coffee and tea shop. The host, Charlie, while his English is limited but always could communicate with him using Google Translate. He is friendly and nice. This property is close to Beer Street, has a lot of eateries, and just opposite got a very nice local coffee shop. Highly recommended.

Better than I imagined. Stella is very nice and accommodating. Help us with our tour and let us leave our luggage while we’re on some other tours. I surely be back here. 10/10

Located 12 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology and 12 km from West Lake, Lee Homestay features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. I liked Mr.lee and his family they are very good and very kind. They shared their kitchen with us we really enjoy the view and and the place its little bit far from city but if you want to feel the nature i prefer here to stay it was best for me and my wife. We stayed 7 days and they were very friendly with us. They have more facility's like rent a bike everything is cheap the drinks the bike. If we visit to veitnam we will go back there and!🌹🌹🌹🌹

It's my 4th time coming here and as usual I loved it! The area is very quiet and local, the place is comfy and cheap plus you get to meet new people! Mika introduced us to local restaurants and even made hotpot for all of the guests one night! I recommend you to stay more than one night to really get the homestay experience :)

Taking care of everything you need and always avaliable. She organized our transfer to homestay from the airport for fairly price and transfers to Sapa and Cat Ba. She also speaks good english. The location is the best because everything you have to see in Hanoi is reachable by foot. The room is spacious and clean. You also have water and fridge avaliable in the room. The bathroom is small but it is clean, private and has everything you need. Would definetly recomend.
