Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
The owner was wonderful. He answered all our questions, recommended places worth visiting, and recommended a cheaper car rental. He welcomed us more like family.
We would like to say a special mention to the staff who were very accommodating and helpful during check in and check out. The hotel was in a great location to Downtown for restaurants and right on the waterfront. Great selection of food for breakfast too. Room was perfectly comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay.
Great location, both the room and the breakfast were lovely. The spa is a gem. Sauna,
Gym and swimming pool are free. The massages are very cheap and Luna the masseuse is excellent and strong.
Staff members are very nice and help with all questions. They organized an excursion to the peninsula Valdes for us as well as snorkeling with sea lions - a highlight of our trip for sure. We saw so many animals and the landscape is amazing. The hostel itself has the vibe to meet new people, since the common areas are big and comfortable. Perfect for solo travelers. It is also very close to the beach and has a nice balcony. As a plus, there are 3 very cute dogs that will greet you!
One of the best hostels I ever stayed in. Very helpful hosts, super clean, had coffee!!, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, quiet, excellent WiFi and very safe/secure.
One of the best hostels we've stayed in on our 3 month trip. All of the staff were friendly and helped us with tours and reccomendations of places to eat etc. Hostel is clean, well equipped, safe and has a good breakfast.
Highlight of our stay was going to see penguins at Punta Tombo with the hostel owner and people staying in the hostel too.
I was delighted to find an affordable hostel right next to the beach. It has an assortment of indoor and outdoor areas in which to meet new people or to do some work, or just admire the views. It is a restful place, and the breakfast is ideal. The staff are all lovely. They're friendly, welcoming and very helpful, which for someone travelling alone, a bit injured, and not very good at Spanish made an enormous difference and enabled me to really enjoy my visit. I plan to return soon because it is an excellent base for this area.
The staff were great.
Breakfast good.
Kitchens very good.
Room sizable and clean (we had a double with bathroom).
You can stay after you checkout and use the garden and kitchen etc until your late bus.
They can organise trips to the peninsula which are very good.
Possibly the best hostel we have used in Argentina.
