The hotel was clean and quiet and had everything that I needed. The staff treated you like family. abdoull the manager was brilliant. If you needed anything, he was there. eslam the driver ended up as adopted brother. Very kind and nice. And Achmed our tour guide was very knowledgable and was a great person as well. All the staff we met ended up as extended family members. If you choose this hotel make sure you take advantage of their organised tours and the airport collection service.

Everything is super clean and in good condition. The beds are really comfy and solid so you can’t hear too much movement from others. The staff were all amazing! Gabo checked me in and gave me so much local info and Petar, Kylee, Jodie and Adri were also great and really helpful. The vibe is great, really social. The hostel is so generous with breakfasts and dinners and then there are loads of perks with the activities too. It has a real family vibe and it felt safe and really welcoming.
