Peter is super kind and helpful, he assisted me during my arrival late on night, the day after he offered me to leave my luggage for few hours as needed and comeback later for coffee:)

Situated in Cairns and with Cairns Station reachable within 1.1 km, Global Backpackers Cairns features a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Well organized place! The receptionists are great! All areas are very clean and comfortable.

Refurbished in May, 2018, Mad Monkey Village featuresa TV, a kitchen, bathrooms with air-conditioners in every room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi provided. Very nice environment, people from all over the world having fun, safe place with good staff. I hope to come back soon

Set in Mission Beach, 2.5 km from Bingil Bay Beach, Jackaroo Treehouse Rainforest Retreat offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Really nice amongst nature, saw loads of wildlife there and it's very peaceful. Had food there and it was delicious, staff were nice. Bedrooms were a little cold but comfy. Good shuttle service to and from the greyhound but there is a charge

Ideally located in the scenic and quieter area of the Esplanade- away from the noise of the clubs, bars and traffic- but only an easy 10 minute walk to the main attractions, the Pier and Cairns City... Amazing room. Brand new and beautiful. Swimming pool is great. Everything one need to cook at disposal. And people are lovely !

Located in Tarzali and with Curtain Fig National Park reachable within 28 km, The Boho Nook provides a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared lounge. I came here without expecting anything and it was just really good. Everyone there was super friendly (and there are dogs too!), the bed was comfy, they even offered me dinner. Tim is a great host!
