26 km from The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, Canmore Downtown Hostel is situated in Canmore and features air-conditioned rooms. Clean and modern with lots of facilities. Staff super helpful and friendly, and a very friendly atmosphere in the common area. The dorm beds had curtains around them and had stunning views of the mountains.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Jasper Downtown Hostel offers accommodation in Jasper city centre. This property offers both dorm style and private bedrooms. It was really good, they upgraded me and I had a all room for myself. Everything was so clean and there are curtains attached to the bed so you have your intimacy. I wish I had book more nights in this hostel.

Set amid the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park, this hostel boasts an on-site cafe and 2 self-catering guest kitchens. It includes private storage for guests and acts as a ski pass vendor. It’s is a very nice place. The staff are friendly. The place have a nice rustic cottage feel to it. I stay there again. Much better than Banff.

It’s a good place to stay in Banff, you can take just one bus (line 2) to go there. There is something really good about this place they give to you free ticket for public transportation within the city (lines 1-2-4 - 6) you can save money.

HI Rampart Creek - Hostel in Saskatchewan River Crossing provides accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Guests can enjoy mountain views. Beautiful place!! Amazing cabins, the spaces are clean and well equipped, everything you need is there. The owner is a very nice person. There’s sauna, campfire, the creek ..even Wi-Fi for most of the day. You definitely won’t be cold during the night, the heating works great. Very much recommended!

Set in Kananaskis Village, HI Kananaskis Wilderness - Hostel features barbecue facilities. The accommodation offers a ski pass sales point, as well as a shared lounge and a terrace. The hostel was situated in a great location near hikes it was very clean and the manager very helpful and kind. Everything was great! I would definitely visit again.

Elizabeth was a fantastic host. She made us feel like family and we really appreciate her local guidance and care about all guests.

Located in Banff centre, this hostel provides free WiFi in all rooms. Mount Norquay Ski Resort is 15 minutes’ drive away. Very close to downtown so perfect location. Staff was very supportive and gave whatever information i needed. Cleanliness was very good. They have a big kitchen and breakfast is free. Beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. The rooms were extremely spacious, and the social vibe in the bar was wonderful. My friend made a booking later, still they put us in the same room which was appreciated. The ski shuttle bus is basically right outside. They also have good info on how to get a discounted shuttle to Calgary Airport, which worked perfectly well.
