26 km from The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, Canmore Downtown Hostel is situated in Canmore and features air-conditioned rooms. Clean and modern with lots of facilities. Staff super helpful and friendly, and a very friendly atmosphere in the common area. The dorm beds had curtains around them and had stunning views of the mountains.

Set amid the Canadian Rockies in Banff National Park, this hostel boasts an on-site cafe and 2 self-catering guest kitchens. It includes private storage for guests and acts as a ski pass vendor. It’s is a very nice place. The staff are friendly. The place have a nice rustic cottage feel to it. I stay there again. Much better than Banff.

It’s a good place to stay in Banff, you can take just one bus (line 2) to go there. There is something really good about this place they give to you free ticket for public transportation within the city (lines 1-2-4 - 6) you can save money.

HI Rampart Creek - Hostel in Saskatchewan River Crossing provides accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Guests can enjoy mountain views. I had a wonderful time experiencing this wilderness hostel. The place and surroundings is beautiful and very well equipped.

Featuring a shared lounge and barbecue facilities, HI Castle Mountain - Hostel is set in Castle Junction, 31 km from Lake Louise and 33 km from The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies. Located between Banff and Lake Louise, this wilderness hostel is a great place. The host was very helpful as were the other visitors there. Since it's within half an hour of driving to Banff and Lake Louise it's a great spot to be in.

Located in Banff centre, this hostel provides free WiFi in all rooms. Mount Norquay Ski Resort is 15 minutes’ drive away. Very close to downtown so perfect location. Staff was very supportive and gave whatever information i needed. Cleanliness was very good. They have a big kitchen and breakfast is free. Beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Located on Banff National Park, this hostel is just 5 minutes’ walk from Banff’s shops and bars. The rooms were extremely spacious, and the social vibe in the bar was wonderful. My friend made a booking later, still they put us in the same room which was appreciated. The ski shuttle bus is basically right outside. They also have good info on how to get a discounted shuttle to Calgary Airport, which worked perfectly well.
