We LOVED our stay here & wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are so lovely - helpful & friendly but not pushy. The efforts to increase biodiversity & attract wildlife are gorgeous. The kitchen is very good, although sometimes a bit small. The area is packed full of beautiful places to explore. And the local pub is so friendly too

The YHA Ambleside sits on the shores of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. It offers a range of budget accommodation and a café serving local food. this is probably the best hostel we stayed so far. free parking in front of the property. good restaurant. excellent view. great location. Great price as well.

The member of staff who I met, Christina, was absolutely lovely. I was absolutely soaked and freezing after a walk on the Skiddaw tops but she let me check in early, which was a real bonus. Thank you, Christina. Fantastic single showers and a wonderful location. Car parking is free, and the Wi-Fi is good in the areas where it reaches - this included my dorm, Walla Cragg. Only a five minute walk into Keswick

The whole place was cozy and warm and the showers hot which was so nice after a long hike

YHA Holly-YHA Hvernig býður upp á gistingu í svefnsal í Coniston, í 10 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Hawkshead, Ambleside. The room was spacious, with storage boxes provided under the beds. Multiple showers and bathrooms. Rooms cleaned daily. Great location to hiking nearby.

YHA Langdale er til húsa í mikilfenglegu viktorísku höfðingjasetri og er til húsa í byggingu frá National Trust sem er með gróna lóð, notalegan arineld og veitingastað. The whole place was absolutely beautiful 😍 such a wonderful place to stay ❤️ looking forward to staying again 😊
