We LOVED our stay here & wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are so lovely - helpful & friendly but not pushy. The efforts to increase biodiversity & attract wildlife are gorgeous. The kitchen is very good, although sometimes a bit small. The area is packed full of beautiful places to explore. And the local pub is so friendly too

YHA Hawkshead er et praktfullt herskapshus fra regentskapstiden som ligger på en vakker eiendom bare 1 km fra landsbyen Hawkshead. the location is perfect and serene. almost everything was perfect about this place we really enjoyed our stay there

The YHA Ambleside sits on the shores of Lake Windermere in the Lake District. It offers a range of budget accommodation and a café serving local food. this is probably the best hostel we stayed so far. free parking in front of the property. good restaurant. excellent view. great location. Great price as well.

Located in the market town of Keswick in the heart of the Lake District National Park, Denton House Hostel is just a 5-minute stroll from Keswick Leisure Centre. The member of staff who I met, Christina, was absolutely lovely. I was absolutely soaked and freezing after a walk on the Skiddaw tops but she let me check in early, which was a real bonus. Thank you, Christina. Fantastic single showers and a wonderful location. Car parking is free, and the Wi-Fi is good in the areas where it reaches - this included my dorm, Walla Cragg. Only a five minute walk into Keswick

Situated in the Cumbrian countryside, conveniently located to visit the Lake District, YHA Helvellyn has on-site free parking and a bar. Absolutely perfect location, lovely welcoming atmosphere and friendly vibe from all of the staff. Beds and bedding sooooo comfy. The whole place was cozy and warm and the showers hot which was so nice after a long hike

I Coniston, 15 kilometer fra Windermere, ligger YHA Coniston Holly How, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. The room was spacious, with storage boxes provided under the beds. Multiple showers and bathrooms. Rooms cleaned daily. Great location to hiking nearby.

This Lakeland slate house is 0.5 miles above Buttermere village, and ideal for the famous Haystacks walk. YHA Buttermere has a bar/restaurant with views of the Red Pike and High Stile mountains. Lovely old building in a beautiful setting. Close to nice pubs. Peaceful and relaxed atmosphere
