This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. The view over the fjord from our cabin was simply extraordinary. The cabin was cosy, clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds. Staff was great. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very good. The dinner menu was limited to 3 starters, 3 main courses and 2 desserts, which we understand because everything was home made and fresh.

Great decor and great kitchen, very clean, loved that shoes aren’t allowed in the property to keep everything clean. Was greeted by a super friendly cat, +100 points.

At the hostel the rooms include a shared bathroom with a shower. what a great place. a nice old house in the middle of nowhere. a family friendly hostel with travelers from all over the world. there are horses and sheep on the farm and the kids had a great time playing with them. the way to the hostel is beautiful and we saw a bunch of seals. nice well equipped kitchen. nice eating area with a view of the farm. we really loved it and the kids voted it the best place we stayed at in Iceland haha

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building nalazi se u Seyðisfjörðuru. U sklopu objekta besplatno su dostupni WiFi i privatno parkiralište. This isn’t something I usually notice but the hostel was very well structured. The layout was very convenient and comfortable (showers were separated nicely with lots of space, lots of space for luggage in the rooms and under the bed, head space on top bunks etc) and there were outlets and usb ports in each bunk. The entire building had such a comfortable, welcoming vibe, not to mention it was very aesthetic and had an incredible view of the mountains and ocean. Nicely designed with a funky color palette and lots of decor. It was a 14 minute walk to the town centre but it had guides, maps, board games, and books all in the hostel. The kitchen was clean and had all the utilities organized and sanitized nicely. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and even helped me set up a ride to the airport. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Located in Djúpivogur village, this hostel offers rooms with free WiFi. The rooms are located in a separate house, while there is a shared kitchen in the main building. Amazing hostel. Super clean. Well organised. Everything that you need for a night or a few was there. Clean towels, bedsheets. Essentials in the kitchen. Clean hallway. Good equipped bathroom etc. Honestly one of the best hostel I have been at! Keep the good work. Oh ! And the kind staff was also amazing 👏🏼
